I am a PhD student at the Hearing Institute – Institut Pasteur (NeuroSpeech team), currently researching how the brain perceives speech. My main project targets the implications of auditory rhythmic training for children with dyslexia under the supervision of Dr. Sophie Bouton and Dr. Anne-Lise GIRAUD.
My work focuses on experimental approach to brain, behaviour and language:
(1) How can dyslexia be treated? (and what does this tell us about the mechanisms of speech perception?)
(2) What mechanisms ensure that speech is intelligible?
(3) How is our sensorimotor experience reflected in language?
