Integrative models for decision support system in ovarian cancer care
My PhD project is part of the European DECIDER project, which aims to develop diagnostic and treatment tools for high grade ovarian cancer using AI methods. On the one hand, I work on monotonic classification models to predict phenotypes and drug sensitivity. On the other hand, I am studying credal networks in order to integrate predictive models into a graph that can be used by clinicians.
