Optimization and Application of Bivariate Monotonic Classifiers for Phenotype Prediction in High-Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer
I am working on classification models in ovarian cancer care, as part of the European project DECIDER. By exploiting and improving already existing explainable models (Bivariate Monotonic Classifiers), I aim to determine genes and pathways that have an impact on treatment sensitivity and chemo-resistance in high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
