2013–2015: MSc (Master Program in Biomedical Research), Faculty of Medicine, University of Coimbra, Portugal. The thesis project aims at dissecting the newly identified role of a Notch effector in cardiac specification (Ihor Lemischka & P. Pinto-do-Ó laboratories; manuscript under revision), taking advantage of the murine ES cell differentiation system and in vivo examination in the early/mid streak mouse embryo. Supervision by Ana G. Freire (INEB & I3S, ICBAS, University of Porto, Portugal) and academic co-supervision by Dr Henrique Girão (IBILI, Faculty of Medicine, University of Coimbra, Portugal). Final Mark: 18/20
2010–2013: BSc (Licenciatura) in Biomedical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Coimbra, Portugal. Final Mark: 15/20
