Audrey Salles received her PhD in Immunology in the group of Hai tao He and Didier Marguet at the CIML (Marseille, France) to study the influence of the lateral organisation of the plasma membrane in the early stages of signalling of T cell receptor. She joined the institut Pasteur in 2011 through a post-doctoral project between Thierry Rose’s group and the imaging platform led by Spencer Shorte, to set up the first commercial super-resolution SIM and SMLM techniques at the institute, and to open up FCS-type approaches. Since 2014, Audrey has a permanent position as a senior expert research engineer in the Unit of Technology and service Photonic BioImaging (UTechS PBI) to train users, support them in their research projects and take part in collaborative projects and research and development. In addition, Audrey has been the platform’s quality correspondent for eight years in the core facility to maintain the ISO9001 certification.
