I spend last years studying bioinformatics going from non-model organisms (Sorbone university & CEA) to clinical field research focusing on breast cancer and ovarian cancer (Curie institute). The different technologies I mastered such as bulk, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics coupled to the heterogeneous study fields I was involved in opened the way I approach data analysis using computer science.
I am now thrilled to join the Metabolomic Core Facility (MCF) lead by Sandrine Aros where we will confront great projects using cutting edge Mass Spectrometry tools and combine expertise to tackle challenges inherent to metabolomics, lipidomics and mass spectrometry imaging.
