About
On the 2nd of November 2015, 74 persons departing for the Grand Hotel of le Touquet met inside gare du Nord for the first retreat of Institut Pasteur’s Centre of innovation and technological research in order to communicate and think outside their daily work context .
Professionalism, mental concentration and conviviality dominated the two days of intensive and fruitful exchanges in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
The 2nd of November afternoon was devoted to the presentations of all the platforms and entities that make up the Citech in an original way which did not consist in presenting oneself, one’s theme or own team but to present the theme of another team, these themes had been allocated in advance by Jean-Christophe Olivo-Marin and Elodie Brient-Litzler, just after their opening speech. A nice and funny way to get to know and to highlight the work of each other.
The 3rd of November began with the presentations of PPMS and Intraknow software and the quality approach at the Pasteur Institute.
Then the round tables saw the participants speak about 4 transverse topics (mission of the platforms, assessment of the platforms and their staff, computerization of the processes and training by the platform staff) under the guidance of moderators.
A presentation of the external funding opportunities and an enthusiastic poster session closed this retreat.
And already the return to Paris with memories in mind of the delicious culinary specialities served by the Grand Hotel, relaxing at the swimming pool, the amusing quiz during dinner and the always renewed pleasure of the other’s discovery and communication.
