A little guide for advanced search:

  • Tip 1. You can use quotes "" to search for an exact expression.
    Example: "cell division"
  • Tip 2. You can use + symbol to restrict results containing all words.
    Example: +cell +stem
  • Tip 3. You can use + and - symbols to force inclusion or exclusion of specific words.
    Example: +cell -stem
e.g. searching for members in projects tagged cancer

About

The Single Cell Mini Symposiumis co-organised by the CB UTechS and 10X Genomics will take place at the Institut Pasteur in Paris on the 22nd of March at the Francois Jacob Auditorium from 2 pm.

Recent technological advances are providing powerful tools for teasing apart the complexities of biological systems at the single-cell resolution. Genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics and proteomics analysis of single cells are shading new light on various processes such as development, tissue heterogeneity and disease pathogenesis. The Single Cell Mini Symposiumwill bring together several researchers investigating different areas of biology using the 10x Genomics Single Cell technology to address their scientific question. New developments from 10x Genomics will be presented as well as best practice for tissue fixation and dissociation in single cell experiments and feature barcoding technology for cell-surface proteins detection. This meeting aims at facilitating the communication and promote networking between researchers interested in single-cell profiling in an informal atmosphere.

Attendance is free but registration is required. Please register online on EventBrite http://bit .ly/2GN7UtI
