A little guide for advanced search:

  • Tip 1. You can use quotes "" to search for an exact expression.
    Example: "cell division"
  • Tip 2. You can use + symbol to restrict results containing all words.
    Example: +cell +stem
  • Tip 3. You can use + and - symbols to force inclusion or exclusion of specific words.
    Example: +cell -stem

About

RNAssist is a universal (non cross-linking) fixative and molecular stabiliser for RNA, DNA, protein and phosphoprotein. RNAssist fixed cells can be used directly for IF and flow sorting, RNAssist fixed tissues for standard paraffin embedding, histology, FISH, ISH, IF and IHC. Additionally, stabilised biomolecules can be simply extracted using standard kits for routine downstream molecular applications including RT-qPCR, PCR, RNAseq, scRNAseq, NGS and Western blotting.

Sample fixation and/or biomolecule stabilization results have been obtained from extremely varied sample types including viruses (HIV, HSV-1, Dengue, Zika), prions, bacteria (C.rodentium, Y .enterocolitica, encapsulated S.pneumoniae), microbiome, Trypanosomes, Plasmodium, Schistosomes, insects, tissue culture cells, rat and mouse tissues, and clinical samples (blood, adenocarcinoma, colon cancer).
