The workshop will cover the latest advances in single-cell transcriptomics and single-molecule approaches, as well as dynamical modelling of gene networks and chromosome organisation. In addition to lectures from a broad range of experts, participants will be introduced to the know-how through performing digital simulation work.

The school is designed for Master 2 and PhD students, as well as postdocs, engineers and junior scientists with backgrounds in biology, physics, computer science or mathematics.
