Our brand new multiphoton microscope : TrimScope Matrix

Localization: 26-01-13D – BSL1 room

Features:

  • Lasers:
  1. Ti:Sapphire : Chameleon Ultra II, 80MHz, COHERENT (Excitation 680 nm to 1000 nm)
  2. O.P.O. : Insight X3 Dual, Spectra-physics    (Excitation 680nm to 1300 nm)

Both beams are spatially overlapped at the sample. Dual Non-sequential excitation enabled

  • Photostimulation enabled on Ti:Saphire arm
  • Detectors:
    • 3 GaAsP in reflection
      • Currently configured for detection windows at:
        • 510 nm(+/-10)
        • 580 nm (+/- 12)
        • 667 nm (+/- 15)
    • Transmission PMT
  • Dual geometry: upright or inverted configuration possible
  • Large intravital stage in upright configuration
  • Incubation: System CUBE & BOX for temperature/incubation and the Brick for CO2 and humidity control.
  • Compatible with various objectives from different suppliers.
  • Software:
    • ImSpector.  Python scripting possible for complex acquisitions configuration.
