Small animal pre-clinical in vivo imaging systems dedicated to 2D and 3D imaging of bioluminescence and fluorescence signals. The system is equipped with 10 excitation filters and 18 emission filters, and a high sensitive CCD camera. A device of gaseous anesthesia ( isoflurane/O2, ANESTEO) allows longitudinal studies. The system is equipped with an X-rays micro CT module.
