The symposium took place in the Duclaux auditorium of the Institut Pasteur on 23rd and 24th November. We heard fantastic presentations from all 21 speakers dealing with multiple organisms and approaches. We would like to thank once again the speakers for sharing a lot of unpublished data and all the participants for lively and fruitful discussions.
