I am a bioinformatics researcher at Institut Pasteur, working in the Brain-Immune Communication laboratory and the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub. My research focuses on computational genomics, single-cell data analysis, and the use of machine learning to investigate complex biological systems. I completed my PhD at Institut Curie, accredited by PSL Research University, where I studied DNA replication timing and cancer heterogeneity, while also teaching bioinformatics and genomics at the biology department of the École Normale Supérieure. My ongoing interests lie in developing computational methods and applying software tools to advance research at the interface of genomics, immunology, and neuroscience.
Students supervised:
- 2023: Christelle Lalanne (Postgraduate – Université de Rennes) – Machine Learning on optimisation of single-cell clustering.
- 2025: Gabriel Duval (Postgraduate – Université Paris Cité) – Deep Learning evaluation for single-cell annotation.
