Présentation
On October 4th, one day prior to the 2017 International Society for Vaccines Annual Congress, University of Rhode Island’s Institute for Immunology and Informatics (with the support of EpiVax) will be hosting a Computational Vaccinology Workshop at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, France. This workshop will focus on epitope driven computational vaccine design for neglected tropical and emerging infectious diseases (NTD/EID) using the iVAX toolkit.
Participants will hear from speakers who have used the iVAX toolkit and be able to work with them to perform real-time analysis demonstrating rapid vaccine design. Speakers include Annie De Groot, M.D. (URI/Epivax); Pietro Bertino (University of Hawaii Cancer Center); Frances Terry and Guilhem Richard (Epivax).
Rogerio Amino (Malaria Infection and Immunity Unit) has previously participated in a similar workshop and can provide information about his experience.
If you are a student or researcher interested in vaccine design and working with computational vaccinology tools please register to join for this exciting opportunity.
