This system is an automated microscope equipped with three major modalities : widefield, confocal and Airyscan. This methodological flexibility, combined with a wide range of analytical tools, means that we can work on different support, conditions and modalities for a wide variety of cell types in fixed or live condition ( temperature and oxygen control).
In order to optimise acquisitions and the number of images generated, but above all to carry out live imaging of rare and transient events, the system has analysis tools that enable conditional acquisitions or ‘smart microscopy’.
