NANOLIVE – CX-A Label-free imaging microscope
The automated CX-A Nanolive’s is a structural label free microscope for live imaging. It generates holograms, by reporting the 3D refractive index (RI) distribution of all structures or organelles present in your sample of interest. For one image, the 45-degree angle laser coming from the rotating arm (360°) will take 100 holograms (tomography) with a different angle (representing 96 z-stacks images with 400nm of thickness) for 3D reconstruction with 30µm of thickness.
It is equipped with a top stage incubator controlling, temperature, humidity, CO2 and O2 allowing long term imaging for live sample
