The Graduate Office is organizing it’s Welcome Day for incoming PhD Candidates on October 30 2020 online by MSTeams.
This is an opportunity to host the new doctoral candidates on the Institut Pasteur Campus; to provide them with the view of the support teams that will accompany them for their training and research for the coming years.
The Graduate Office acts as the campus intersection of all support services for M2 and Doctoral students. This includes the coordination of the Tutorat platform and academic follow-up,Human resources issues, connection to courses offered by the Education center of Institut Pasteur, the access to MOOCs, follow-up for Thesis Advisory Committees and CSIs, and interactions with Doctoral schools.
It is also the place where dialogue with Student organization like the STAPA (Stagiaires and Post-Docs of Institut Pasteur) and the Departmental Students’ representatives is harbored. All issues regarding the students can be brought forward and solutions sought in agreement with all parties.
The Graduate Office of Institut Pasteur is here to provide the best environment for a successful PhD training and experience.
