About
Our project proposes to address, in vitro and in cells infected with Flaviviruses and Coronaviruses, the mechanisms by which enzymes forming the replication transcription complexes i) replicate and transcribe faithfully the RNA genome, ii) mark viral RNA by methylating the RNA nucleotides or the 5’ end cap structure to escape from detection by host cell antiviral sensors, iii) regulate genome evolution by controlling the fidelity of replication.
