Postdoctoral fellow trained in intestinal immunology. I have over 10 years of experience working in academic research. My main interest is to study the intestinal immunes system and its interaction with its microenvironment. Currently I am expanding my interest beyond immunology and focusing on the intestinal organ as a key regulator of complex physiological traits in our body. More precisely I am interested in understanding the mechanisms by which the intestine integrates signals derived from food and hormones.
