We are looking for a senior technician with at least one year’s experience in animal experimentation
Main theme: Functional study of the olfactory system and neural networks involved in the processing of olfactory information in rodents : axenic or xenobiotic mice, transgenic mice overexpressing human proteins involved in Parkinson’s disease
Histology, rodent tissue sampling and animal handling in animal facility
Work in A2 (non-infectious) animal facility with mouse handling and tissue samples for the study of nasal and instestinal microbiota
RNA and DNA extraction (study of the microbiota)
Manage histology and immunohistochemistry techniques as well as confocal imaging is a plus but can be acquired in the laboratory.
Assist the Unit’s researchers, carry out missions for the laboratory and operate in full autonomy
Ability to work whithin a team (team spirit)
