Spinning-disk UltraView VOX
Inverted microscope, equipped with a Yokagawa CSUX1 spinning- disk, and two cameras to do dual-color simultaneous imaging.
It allows the fast acquisition of optically sectioned slices at very high speed, and is compatible with live specimen imaging as it limits phototoxicity.
It is equipped with a FRAP module that can do sequential FRAP stimulation, based on a quick scanner.
Two cameras operating in parallel allows for the simultaneous acquisition of two channels (e.g. red/green).
