- A support to clinical research: Our Medical department helps develop your biomedical research projects to better interact with clinicians and get access to human samples in compliance with national guidelines.
- Innovation and tech transfer: Our Tech transfer & Industrial partnership supports scientists to translate their discoveries into innovative health products and services that are accessible to all. They will help you gauge the application potential of your findings and identify industry partners to help bring products to market.

- On-site canteens: Our campus offers several dining spaces at a subsidized price.
- Culture, sport & social benefits: Our employees have access to cultural, artistic and sport activities (more than 30 associations on site or nearby), as well as other subsidies for child education, supported by the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), the representative body for staff on campus.
- A vibrant social life on campus: Our campus supports its own association of young scientists called Stapa. Organised by young scientists, and acting for young scientists, it helps to animate social and scientific life of Masters, PhDs and Postdocs by organising events ranging from weekly happy hour to outreach activities and an annual retreat.

A large range of social benefits
- Health care: We offer access to an insurance scheme for employees and their families to provide additional support on top of basic Social Security coverage, including dental and eye care.
- Flexible work arrangements: We recognize the importance of flexibility in arranging your own work. Remote work is accessible to most employees.
- Time off: Our employees are entitled to more than 40 days paid holiday per year. We also give you time when you need it the most (when you are having a child, marriage, legal partnership, etc.)
- Child sick days: All employees are offered 4 days paid leave per year, per child, to help you care for your children when they are unwell.
- Support for transport costs: Our employees get reimbursed 75% of regional public transport fares or get a bicycle expenses package.
