Présentation
Our CC model predicts that MF-GC STP diversity drives a temporal diversity of GC activity that enables temporal learning by PCs. Population measurements of GC spiking activity are not readily available. We will use a high-speed 3D random-access two-photon microscope with on-line movement correction [10], and a novel high-density electrical recording system (Neuropixels, NP) to assess the diversity of GC firing patterns in vivo.
Here we will also establish delayed eyelid conditioning, a task for which the temporal precision of cerebellum is required.
