Présentation
Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM) plays an increasing role in imaging. The second FBI CLEM Course is co-organized by Jacques Monod, Curie and Pasteur Institutes.
The first day (free access upon registration) a symposium will take place in Jacques Monod Institute (Buffon amphitheater) and it will contain a series of lectures on the latest advances in CLEM. Key speakers will be: Matthia Karreman and Martin Schorb from EMBL Heidelberg, Claire Boulogne from Paris-Saclay, Lucy Collison from Francis Crick Institute and Nicolas Brouilly from Aix-Marseille University.
Symposium Programme – Monday, May 29
Practical sessions will follow the next days (registration fees: 250€, limited places available). You will be able to choose two out of the three workshops offered:
-Workshop 1, offered by Jacques Monod Institute, will involve fluorescence on Tokuyasu sections and EMPACT2 CLEM.
-Workshop 2, offered by Curie Institute, involves training in HPF, Quick Freeze Substitution, fluorescence on sections and eC-CLEM (ICY) training.
-Workshop 3, offered by Pasteur Institute, presents the CryoCLEM and FIB/SEM CLEM workflows taking place in Ultrapole.
