NMR spectrometers

The PF-BioNMR hosts three spectrometers well-suited for biological solution NMR: an 800 MHz (Avance Neo) and a 600 MHz (Avance III HD) both equipped with high sensitivity cryogenic probes, as well as a 500 MHz mainly used for chemistry.

1)  800 MHz Bruker Avance NEO, equipped with:

• a high sensitivity TCI cryogenic probe (¹H, ¹³C, ¹⁵N, ²H), 5 mm, z-gradients
• a cooled sample changer (Sample case, 24 positions)

 

2)  600 MHz Bruker Avance III HD, equipped with:

• a high sensitivity TCI cryogenic probe (¹H, ¹³C, ¹⁵N, ²H), 5 mm, z-gradients
• a cooled sample changer (Sample case, 24 positions)

 

3)  500 MHz Bruker UltraShield Avance II, equipped with:

• a multinuclei broadband BBFO SmartProbe (13C, 1H, 19F, 15N, 31P, …) with 1H-19F decoupling capabilities
• a 24 positions sample changer (Sample case)
