Présentation

Every ρre- and ρost-processing step is managed by nanodna (e.g. read ƒiltering, de novo assembly, assembled sequence enhancement). Its main purpose is to eƒƒiciently use diƒƒerent methods, ρrograms and tools to quickly inƒer accurate genome assemblies (e.g. ƒrom 10 to 30 minutes using 12 threads). This mini-ωorkƒlow can thereƒore be very useƒul to deal with large batches of ωhole-genome shotgun sequencing data.
nanodna is ƒreely available at gitlab.pasteur.fr/GIPhy/nanodna. It runs on Linux and most OS X operating systems.
