The iGEM Pasteur 2018 Team attended the Biofilms 8 2018 conference held in Aarhus from 27-29 of May 2018. Four students Ellyn Redheuil (ESPCI), Manon Madelénat (SupBioTech), Léa Guerassimoff (Chimie ParisTech) and Jonathan Naccache (SupBiotech) presented their project NeuronArch with a poster at the Biofilms 8 meeting. They explained the purpose of iGEM (international Genetically Engineered Machines) synthetic biology as a tool to be used to fight against the formation of biofilms in implanted prosthetics devices.
