I hold a Master’s degree in Genomics and Data Analysis from Aix-Marseille University. Following a year of experience as a Bioinformatics Engineer at INRAE, I joined the Biological Resource Center of the Institut Pasteur (CRBIP) as a Research Engineer in the Project Management Office (PMO). My work focuses on genome assemblies and the taxonomic classification of bacterial genomes.
