About

The main objective of the Codex CO21 ANRS cohort is to study the clinical and immuno-virological evolution and define virus and host parameters associated with the non-progression of infection in asymptomatic HIV-1 patients for at least 5 years after HIV infection in the absence of antiretroviral therapy. These patients may meet the definitions of ALT (long-term asymptomatic) and/or HIC (HIV controllers) patients as well as patients on antiretroviral therapy and in “post-stop antiretroviral therapy control” (PTC).

To date, the cohort has included 219 patients still spontaneous controllers (HIC), 100 ALT patients and 19 PTCs in the iVISCONTI study.

Coordinating Investigators: O. Lambotte, B. Autran

Responsible for the iVISCONTI study: A. Caez Cirion, L. Hocqueloux
