The iGEM Pasteur Team of 2018 presented their project NeuronArch at the YRLS 2018 (Young Researchers in Life Sciences) meeting held at the ENS Ulm.
The YRLS is a key event in the Paris academic life each year with students,post-doct and young researchers with permanent positions from the major research centers and universities. This was an opportunity to present the 2018 iGEM Team’s project NeuronArch on the formation of biofilms in implanted prosthetic devices. During the three days the team members relayed at their poster to inform and discuss issues related to cloning, gene expression and the use of a dedicated biofilm to combat pathogenic infections in prostheses.
