The SABER group was created with the aim to support Pasteur Units with experimental design and data analysis, notably when statistical or mathematical approach is required. Our group gathers various educational backgrounds in mathematics, statistics, physics and biology, covering most of the research fields of the Institute. Some of our members have long-time research experience and wetlab skills, which facilitates collaborations with Pasteur Units.
Main skills:
- Statistics (inference, modeling, experimental design, high dimension data analysis, machine learning)
- Applied Mathematics
- Transcriptomics
- Data vizualisation
- Computing (R & Matlab)
Teaching:
- Statistics
- R programing
