I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2014 at the University of Paris Descartes. During this time, I worked for two years as a technician at Institut Pasteur in the group of Remy Fronzes (Structural Biology of Bacterial Secretion), where I participated to the characterization of the pilus in Streptoccocus pneumonia, using several techniques including electron microscopy and western-blotting. I also acquired a solid experience in Biochemistry.
Since January 2015 I joined the Proteomics platform as a technician. My function is sample preparation for mass spectrometry analysis. Together with the engineers of the platform, I am involved in the development of new strategies for the identification and characterization of post-translational modifications.
