A little guide for advanced search:

  • Tip 1. You can use quotes "" to search for an exact expression.
    Example: "cell division"
  • Tip 2. You can use + symbol to restrict results containing all words.
    Example: +cell +stem
  • Tip 3. You can use + and - symbols to force inclusion or exclusion of specific words.
    Example: +cell -stem

About

ICAReB platform provides a broad range of samples fresh or preserved in various forms (-20 °C, -80 °C, +4 °C…) on the condition that the dedicated request for usage of human biological samples was prior approved by the Biobank Steering Committee (Comité de Pilotage de la biobanque).

For fresh samples (when the collection is being created), a waiting period up to one month is to be expected depending on the selection criteria, whereas the frozen samples are selected and distributed as soon as possible when available.

Access Protocol

Process in english : Download the Bioresources Application Form

1) Download the Bioresources Application Form for human biological samples and provide the formal agreement from the group leaders concerned by your project. Your request have to be related to one of our current collections or protocols (see below : DIAGMICOLL and CoSimmgen).

2) Your request will be analyzed by the Biobank Steering Committee, which will then give its approval or ask for modifications. The ICAReB platform will not provide any biological samples prior to the formal committee approval.

3) The biological samples will be provided by the ICAReB platform in a timely manner (from 1 week to 1 month) depending on their availability, complexity and number.
Of note, a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) will be required if the provided samples are to be used outside of the Institut Pasteur.

DIAGMICOLL :Collection of biological samples from healthy donors. Dedicated to the development and validation of new methods of diagnosis and to assess diagnosis in the fields of infectious and tropical diseases.
