Jonathan Bastard is a PhD student in Epidemiology and Mathematical Modelling at CRI (Center for Research and Interdisciplinarity). He works on modelling the spread of antibiotic resistant bacteria (S. aureus, Enterobacteriaceae) in livestock animals, and at the livestock-humans interface. This project is supervised by Lulla Opatowski (Institut Pasteur, INSERM, UVSQ), Laura Temime (CNAM) and Philippe Glaser (Institut Pasteur, AP-HP, Université Paris Sud).
