Jeanne is currently preparing a phD thesis in epidemiology on the role of the vaginal microbiota in Chlamydia trachomatis infection. This work is embedded in the i-Predict trial (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT02904811) coordinated by Elisabeth Delarocque-Astagneau, which aims at testing a screening strategy for Chlamydia trachomatis as a mean to prevent pelvic inflammatory diseases in student females in France. She is also working on the i-Share student cohort financed by the Investissement d’Avenir programme.
