I am a young scientist with an interdisciplinary background in Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, and Microbiology areas. Such knowledge allowed me to develop a comprehensive perspective of Systems Biology and its complexity.
I joined the RNA Biology of Fungal Pathogens team at Pasteur Institute to employ my skills to help to investigate how does transcriptome structure variation regulates the biology of Cryptococcus neoformans.
We are exploring the dense universe of transcripts resulting from alternative start sites (TRASS) and the chromatin accessibility dynamics by integrating the RNA-Seq, TSS-Seq, and ATAC-Seq approaches.

My goal is to delineate a sensitive manner encompassing Computational Biology and NGS approaches to exploring the DNA regulatory elements, which can only be achieved by multiple omics layers and data integration.
