Emna is a bioinformatics engineer. During her education, she worked on a metagenomics project at INRA. She also worked at the CIB (Institut Pasteur), where she collaborated with the Genopole on demultiplexing of Illumina sequencing data.
In 2013, she joined Enterome Bioscience, a young company focused on gut microbiota and its impact on human health. There, she worked on whole metagenome sequencing data analysis and on the developpement of a LIMS.
She has joined the C3BI in 2016 and works actively in the IGDA platform doing research and education.
