Amandine is a Master 2 student in Cell Biology and Development from the University of Paris Cité.
She is an intern in the Trypanosome cell biology group directed by Philippe Bastin. Her project aims to study the diversification of flagella during evolution. To this aim, she compares few flagella structure, in different parasites, in particular the difference of post-translational modification occurring on the microtubules of the axoneme. This project aims to elucidate the cause of this structural diversity in the flagella.
