About
Host-microbe interactions, whether resulting in mutualism or infection, are inherently complex, holistic, and therefore multidisciplinary. They occur in the presence of other microbial species and at the interface or within host tissues. This meeting aims to bring together scientists from different disciplines involved in unraveling host-microbe interactions to better understand how these encounters occur, how interaction patterns have been established through evolution, and what their outcomes are. This meeting is intended to be the first in a series to be held every two years to build the community around this important topic.
